This android application dedicated to the balancing of ice cream recipes, sorbets and their variants, has 4 parts:1 / Ice cream: Design and balancing by automatic calculation of ice cream recipes and variants. A database of ingredients, some recipes, is integrated.2 / Sorbet: The sorbet part uses the same process as the development of ice cream recipes, while using the balancing percentages that are specific to it. The functions are identical.3 / Analytical table: Presents an analytical table in the form of an evolving and scrolling table. Possibility of loading the ingredients supplied with their characteristics, or of modifying them, or even creating them.4 / Various tools: Part which will evolve according to the needs reported by the users. It offers:a / A part of food pairing to find combinations of ingredients.b / A tool which allows to calculate, determine and record the ratio of "whole fruit / pulp" fruits. This is in order to be able to determine the quantity of fruit to be expected according to the quantity of pulp required. Possibility to save your own fruits and percentages.c / Small tool giving the theoretical heat pump as a function of a determined operating temperature.It should be noted that knowledge of ice cream making is preferable in order to make the best use of this application, which can be described as a calculator. The loading times of the screens of each part can be longer or shorter depending on the mobile, this being due to the very large quantity of variables to be loaded ... this is normal. Each page header displays in its title a question mark ... which when clicked opens an explanatory text.
